What it is for and who it suits
It suits whoever prepares the monthly review for a leadership team, typically operations or revenue. The deck opens with the month in a few lines, backs it with a six-month chart and a scorecard by team, covers what went well and the risks, and closes with commitments and questions for leadership.

## What Went Well
::: success
**Warehouse #3 hit full capacity two weeks ahead of plan.** That gives us
headroom for the Atlas Retail volume without adding a fourth site this year.
:::
- The carrier switch that caused December's SLA dip is now fully absorbed
- Net revenue retention moved to 108%, the highest we have recorded
- Three support hires from February are ramped and taking full queues
---
## Risks and Blockers
::: warning
**Support first-response time is at 6.1 hours against a 4-hour target.**
Ticket volume grew faster than the February hires could absorb; a fourth
hire is approved but does not start until April 6.
:::
- [ ] One P1 incident this month (checkout timeout under peak load) — postmortem due April 3
- [ ] Atlas Retail's renewal decision keeps slipping; legal has the redline, we are waiting on their side
- [ ] Warehouse #3's peak-season staffing plan is not yet signed off by Ops
---
## Next Month's Commitments
1. Close the fourth support hire and get first-response time back under 4 hours
2. Ship the checkout timeout fix and close the P1 postmortem
3. Get a signed decision from Atlas Retail, or a firm date if it slips again
4. Sign off Warehouse #3's peak-season staffing plan before April 15
> "The scorecard is the same five rows every month on purpose — if we start
> swapping metrics to make a bad month look better, the review stops being
> useful."
>
> **— Ops & Revenue, review ground rules**
---
## Questions for Leadership
- [ ] Approve budget for the fourth support hire's onboarding overlap
- [ ] Weigh in on Atlas Retail: hold the current terms or offer a concession to close April
